Information is collected for purposes of processing your order and for providing you with relevant information concerning our products. We will not sell or share your information with any outside parties. Disclosure of Personal Information
When you register with us, you will automatically be added to our email and mailing lists. We will utilize the information we gather from you to assist us in targeting products that may be of special interest to you. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others. There may be rare legal circumstances where we are compelled by law to disclose your personal information. If such a situation should occur, you may be sure that we will take reasonable precautions to insure that your information is treated confidentially.
Shipping glass requires special care and our boxes are specially designed for this purpose. A boxing charge of $8.00 is applied to all standard glass orders and will be added after the order is placed. There is no minimum number of sheets that must be purchased but the boxing charges apply whether one sheet or 10 sheets are purchased.
Larger boxes for 24"x24" sheets and cabinet glass require more packaging material. A large box charge of $20.00 will be added to glass orders for sheet sizes larger than 20”. We can fit up to 5 pieces of similar sizes glass into one box. We CANNOT ship smaller pieces (I.E. 16”x18”) with larger sheets of glass. The smaller sheets will break the larger pieces during shipment. Mixed sized orders will be shipped in separate boxes and boxing charges will be applied accordingly. These charges can be quoted by calling (800) 241-5013.
Lead and Zinc boxes that are shipped as 6' lengths require edge protectors to strengthen the box to ensure safe delivery. A boxing charge of $6.00 will be added to lead and zinc orders after the order is placed. When lead or zinc is cut in half for shipping a $3.00 boxing charge will be applied to the order.
Price Changes and Errors
All prices are subject to change without notice. We attempt to provide accurate information on our website but there may be times when typographical errors are made. We will correct those errors as soon as we are aware of them but will not be held responsible for them.
We ship worldwide. Our primary shipping method for domestic orders is UPS Ground but we may use the USPS on occasion if it is less expensive. International orders will normally be shipped using the USPS. You may choose to ship using an expedited method such as “Overnight” or “2nd Day Air” by calling us at (800) 241-5013 for a quote.
Any refused deliveries will incur shipping charges both ways plus a 25% restocking fee. If the shipping address information that you provide to us is incorrect, you will be charged the redirect fee that is assessed to us by UPS or the USPS. We will send a tracking number to the e-mail address that you provide when placing your order.
If exterior damage is visible or if it appears that the carton has been opened, ask the driver to make a notation on the delivery receipt. Do not refuse delivery. If you discover damaged merchandise upon opening the carton, call us at (800) 241-5013 so we can notify UPS. You must notify us within 3 working days of delivery. Keep the damaged box and the damaged merchandise until an inspection is made. We will not issue credit unless this procedure is followed. No unauthorized returns will be accepted. If any shipment is refused, the purchaser will be responsible for the cost of the merchandise as well as shipping charges to and from Armstrong Glass.
We do not accept returns on glass, books, or computer programs. In order to return any other items you must have a Return Authorization Number issued by Armstrong Glass along with the original purchase invoice. We will not accept any returns without a Return Authorization Number. Returned items must be in good, unused condition and in the original packaging. All items must be returned including any instructions that may have come with it. Any damaged products or ones with missing items will not receive a credit. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning items. Refunds will be issued in the form of in store credits only. No cash refunds.
Minimum Order is $30.00 before boxing or shipping charges.
